*$60.00 application fee per adult, can be paid by cash, check, or money order. If you cannot make it to the office in person, our mailing address is 317 California Ave. Libby, MT 59923. Applications will not be processed without application fee payment.
If pets are allowed at the property, the following feed apply per pet:
Pet Rent: $30/month
Pet Deposit: $300 (refundable, per pet)
All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to move-in. Unauthorized pets may result in lease violations or additional charges.
Please take all of this into consideration before submitting an application, as pet approval is not guaranteed.
