*$60.00 application fee per adult, can be paid by cash, check, or money order. If you cannot make it to the office in person, our mailing address is 317 California Ave. Libby, MT 59923. Applications will not be processed without application fee payment. It is the obligation of the applicant to review our pet acceptance policies prior to submitting their applications. Non-approvable pets may result in denial of the residential rental application. Application fees are non-refundable.

If pets are allowed at the property, the following feed apply per pet:
Pet Rent: $30/month
Pet Deposit: $300 (refundable, per pet)
All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to move-in. Unauthorized pets may result in lease violations or additional charges.
